25% (1 event) to 30% (2 or more events/year) of total sales are sent to school’s bank account the next day by ACH or by mailed check (school chooses preferred payment method)
When?
School requests specific day and time for their fundraiser event
Rosati Ice confirms a sponsored vendor for event
Rosati provides customized event E-flyer for School representative to e-mail to parents
Parents order and pre-pay for the specific water ice cup for each child
Parent will print out QR code confirmation(s) and give to each student for event day
Orders are taken online only until 9:00 PM one day after the cut-off date. Last date for orders must be a minimum of 5 days before scheduled event.
Where?
We come to YOU. School representative will inform vendor where to park to provide the Italian ice cups to students
Rosati-sponsored vendor will be onsite at school address just prior to event time and leaves after all orders are distributed
